Reality TV Legend

Posted on June 27, 2025 By Admin

Kim Woodburn, famously known as the “Queen of Clean,” passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 83 following a short illness, as confirmed by her management.

She rose to fame co-hosting *How Clean Is Your House?* from 2003 to 2009, where her no-nonsense attitude and sharp wit made her a household name.

Later, she became a familiar face in reality TV, finishing as runner-up on *I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!* in 2009 and earning third place on *Celebrity Big Brother* in 2017.

Her bold personality, trademark style, and unforgettable catchphrases endeared her to generations of fans.

Tributes have flooded in from admirers, celebrities, and former co-stars. Her long-time co-host Aggie MacKenzie remembered her as a “complex, resilient, unforgettable woman” whose tough exterior masked a deep emotional resilience. Her husband Peter shared that he is “heartbroken” and asked for privacy as he mourns. Woodburn’s life journey—from working as a live-in cleaner to achieving late-life fame on national television—symbolized determination, strength, and authenticity. Her legacy as a beloved and fearless figure in British popular culture will live on.
