This young woman only ate one piece of bread a day for 5 years

Annie Windley, a 21-year-old from Derbyshire, England, is sharing her journey to recovery from an eating disorder in hopes of inspiring others. For years, she battled severe malnutrition, with her weight dropping to just 63 pounds.

Which put her at risk of serious health complications, including heart failure. Despite numerous hospital stays and treatments, Annie found strength in her love for running, completing the Chesterfield Half Marathon last October.
